Non-Academic grievances not otherwise provided for should be addressed to the Director of Student Conduct and Community Standards or Provost with responsibility for the area in which a decision is being challenged. The Director of Student Conduct and Community Standards will advise students regarding the appropriate office. Complaints or questions must be submitted in writing to the Director of Student Conduct and Community Standards or Provost. A response will be made in a timely manner, normally not to exceed 10 school days. Individuals with disabilities should refer to the Policy Manual for Students with Disabilities.
