Gift Review Committee


​The Gift Review Committee is responsible for implementing the procedures set forth herein especially in relation to in-kind gifts, and gifts of personal or real property.  The Gift Review Committee is responsible for evaluating gift acceptance matters that are to be put before the Gift Acceptance Committee.
 
The Gift Review Committee shall consist of the Associate Vice President of Development and the Assistant Vice President of Advancement Services and, for gifts of real property, shall also include the Director of Estate and Gift Planning and the Director of Treasury for Business and Finance.
 
The Gift Review Committee may be convened at any time if a specific gift requires review as outlined in these policies.  The Gift Review Committee will review information as presented by staff and shall respond as promptly as possible so that a proposed gift may be evaluated for acceptance in a timely manner to allow for the gift transaction’s timely completion.
