Gift Acceptance Committee

The Gift Acceptance Committee shall consist of the Vice President of University Development and the Vice President of Business and Finance.

The Gift Acceptance Committee is responsible for implementing the gift acceptance policies set forth herein and for recommending amendments to these policies to the Board of Regents’ Advancement Committee. 

The Gift Acceptance Committee may be convened at any time if a specific gift constitutes an exception to the standards as outlined in these policies.  The Gift Acceptance Committee will review information as presented by staff and shall respond as promptly as possible so that a proposed gift may be evaluated for acceptance in a timely manner to allow for the gift transaction’s timely completion.
